87.8% Waxing Gibbous

What a crap day off.
Yesterday I had a deep tissue sports massage at the Chiropractors before work. 
The combo of getting four hours kip and the DTMassage and the work in a store thats soooo cold it freezes your points off led me to be utterly cream crackered and went to bed without doing any of my usual editing etc. 
Didn't get up till late today and then my hairdresser came and after that I cooked tea and woooohey....my allergies kicked in. 
So Im really struggling to breathe and I have a headache and can't stop sneezing! I've emptied half a box of Kleenex in two hours! 

Tomorrow back to work in the freezer!
