Prairie Melancholy . . . Jennifer Warnes

When I was up north Meg introduced me to STILLblog.net.  Mary Jo Hoffman collects and then creates flat lays which she photographs.  It is just my sort of thing but I can't really explain why.  It may be the details I like seeing.  Yesterday we were helping the sister in law by taking a load of rubbish/recycling to the waste place.  While there I picked these grasses from the wild area.  I can't be on a prairie like the song.  I didn't fuss with this just laid them on the freezer lid which is white and had the camera on the tripod.
