Historic Ophir

On the way home from Dunedin yesterday we turned off the main road and had a look at Ophir.  A very small place with some interesting old buildings including the Post and Telegraph Office and the Police Lockup (extra).
Lots of rain overnight and a wild and windy day today.  I walked from Stony Creek to Waterfall Creek and back.  Not pleasant at all.  Met Acyclinggranny at Stony Creek but it was too cold and windy to hang around for long!
