For the love of it

I was very brave and went for a lake swim on my own. As temperatures drop, you can’t really stay in for that long but it was good. I warmed up knowing I want to repeat it all soon.

Went home, went for a little run and then headed up to London with my MIL, meeting Elbows outside the ENO. It would have been my FIL’s birthday today so we wanted her to see a Gilbert & Sullivan production as they were dear to both of them. It was Iolanthe we saw and it was brilliantly cleverly and colourfully done. My MIL was enthralled.
