Shuttleworth House

I met Nicoiseannie at Shuttleworth House this afternoon for a wander round the house which has been open to the public for three days.
We did go there to an autumn craft fair a few weeks ago but thought we might get better pictures for a blip today.
We did, but of course being half term this week we just had kids instead to contend with, getting in the way of our photo op’s. Little darlings :-)

As often the case, my last photo of the 50 plus I took is my favourite. A kind of an afterthought on the way back to the car. The Virginia creeper looks splendid at the moment. The clock however was not showing the right time. It was about two hours behind!

We went back to the runway cafe for tea and a chat. What started out as a bit of a dull day, ended up a lovely autumn sunny afternoon.
