Prescription goggles

Only £20, they arrived today and I used them tonight.

I am short sighted and have been swimming with my specs on. It was much more fun and far more practical tonight with goggles on. It’s not my exact prescription but it’s good enough!

I have been trying the swim a kilometre a week (44 lengths) and will see if I can keep that up all winter.
