Ssssh it’s a secret!
I can’t show anyone else before tomorrow, but this was todays bake!
It’s a vegan cake as the birthday lady is intolerant to both eggs and diary, I used the same recipe as I had for Grace’s birthday cake, omitting the pistachio element to leave it as chocolate and raspberry.
I carved an element of the cake out to slot the bottle in and used the excess cake to make the hearts you see on the cake, thee were moulded then covered in vegan chocolate and freeze dried raspberries.
I’m really happy with this one! One down and two more to go this weekend as my cake orders always seem to come close together!
