Happy day in Cheltenham

A day visiting a friend and it was so full of goodness it’s hard to choose a photo. But the dog wins. I’m a bit scared of dogs, especially the big ones, and not many win me over aside from this one, the gentlest of creatures!
My good friend Gav said he’d booked a place for lunch. It turned out we were food tasting for his upcoming birthday party. We ate a mountain of food and made detailed notes. It was a lovely experience especially as I can’t make the party having already committed to another. Gutted to miss out on one of Gav’s lavish events but so nice to be a part of it in some way.
A good day topped with some brilliant family news whilst ambling around the shops in Cheltenham.
