fungi. The M&Ms find th sounds tricky , in English it always sounds like f. In German U and ü are the worst for me, the difference is subtle and hard to hear but often hilarious for native speakers.
Took the children out to the garden in the afternoon to splash and play in the water in the garden. In Scotland we were outside in all weather conditions but I have a feeling that in Germany people are less keen to get wet or cold. Not sure what makes the difference. I think it's about what you focus on. It's a luxury to be able to get wet or cold and have a warm safe space to go to where you can dry off and warm up.
