It's up

I'm interested in the weather and submit observations to the Met Office every day. My old weather station was gradually giving up the ghost so I bought new one. It has no moving parts so is completely sensor based even for such things as wind direction and strength. 
The jury is still out on this and I shall be comparing rainfall with a traditional 5 inch copper receptor which I trust. I'm pleased I managed to get it in place though, given my non-existent DIY skills.
