Fatsia Japonica......

....Or Japanese Aralia if you prefer. Or the Castor Oil Plant. It has had a perfect growing season this year. I don't think I have seen so many flower heads before. But it will need cutting back. Somewhere in the jungle is a beautiful white clematis!

Aerobics class this morning, and I am feeling it this afternoon. We were using exercise bands. Upper arms more than the legs are twinging a bit., be fine in the morning though ;-)

There were showers this morning, but this afternoon is sunny with an outside temperature of 18'C 3.45pm.
