Lunch

One of the side benefits of all the volleyball officiating I have been doing the past two months is that we eat our "big" meal much earlier in the day than we used to. Because we are eating in the mid-afternoon, we can enjoy the majority of these meals outside on the patio. A fairly healthy option today, with the possible exception of the wine.
