Pouring with Rain

I met my neighbour this morning for a coffee and catchup after our summer holidays.
In the afternoon I wandered down to the park for some fresh air and took advantage of the sunshine.
While I was having a cup of tea it poured with rain hence the full cafe from people evacuating the outside tables and the children’s playground. The noise was so bad I escaped to the outside portico for shelter and gradually made my way home. I was lucky the rain had almost stopped.
