Falafel friday

On Fridays we invariably have falafel, pitta bread and salad for tea. It’s known as falafel friday in our house. It’s an easy meal for the end of the week. Here’s the colourful salad that accompanies our meal. I have rather lost my blip mojo at the mo being rather restricted in getting out for walks due to my pesky knee. Hopefully one day I will get back to some sort of normal again.
