All A-Whirl

Family fun today. We went over to Surbiton to hang out with Nat and the two young ones, who are on holiday this week. Nico had baked cookies for us. We set out for the park after lunch, the sun was shining as we got ready. The heavens opened just as we set out. We walked for ten minutes or so before deciding to give up and go home. Of course, just as we were at the door, the rain ceased. But we were soaked through by then and spent the rest of the afternoon playing games of Nico's devising. Fun, if confusing, when it came to mastering her rules.
