The Basin Reserve

Often voted as one of the worlds best cricket grounds by players and fans it is a prestige location in the heart of Welli and a 15 minute walk from our apartment. 
We walked through it this morning on a 10 km stagger around the bays and there was a lone bloke out there mowing a pitch. 
It's been a super day with the Saturday feeling more like a Sunday which is probably more to do with some sporting event tomorrow I feel. 
No it's not Cricket.....
