Sunset over Glencoe

Had a brilliant day today, climbing Sgorr nam Fhiannaidh in Glencoe.

This is the munro at the western end of the Aonach Eagach ridge, which for those of you not into such things, is one of the most challenging ridge walks in the UK. Well out of my comfort zone and way beyond my capabilities! However the Munro at the western end can be accessed via a straightforward route which is what we did today and I was very happy just to view the ridge from the summit of Sgorr nam Fhiannaidh.

It was hazy at the top so I have chosen the sunset on the way down, looking over Glencoe village, Loch Creran and the Sound of Mull, for today's blip.
