The weather here is pretty drab, a challenge for the outdoor photographer.  So this morning I went out with the idea trying to capture the mood of the day, looking for subjects or scenes that would reflect this.  I had only been walking a few minutes when I came across a flood in the dip of the road, this has become my main image for the day.  Rain became quite heavy so I headed home, to go out later when it eased.  My extra image of fallen leaves beside a BT street box and the other image of leaves turning on a tree in corner of someone’s front garden.   All images being my attempt to reflect the mood of the day.
