The last flower

Although it has finished flowering, the leaves on my Hardy Plumbago are still beautiful. A busy day - washing towels and bedding, catching up on housework, sweeping up leaves and planting wallflowers and the last daffodil and tulip bulbs. Following Monty Don’s advice, on Gardeners World last night, I’ve brought my geraniums in and put them in the spare room for the winter. The clocks go back tonight so the days will be shorter from tomorrow. Not something I’m looking forward to. After a misty start, the sun came out and the afternoon was quite warm. Raining now.
