Autumn on the Braids

I remembered this morning, not sure why, that very recently when enjoying lunch with some people who know me, that one of them blatantly said, "I hate the English, I never support them". 
Wars are made of words and ideas like these surely. 
Who do I like and support? Why Individuals who are good people, whatever their background.
Anyway, had a constructive day altogether and listened to Dr Michael Mosely's 'Just One Thing' that I'd been recording, interesting life-style tips.
