Family weekend

N and I went to gym because parkruns cancelled due to rain and deluge.. I bumped into someone I worked with 25 years in Social Care, She retired here 9 years ago..

Bizzare cafe cake shop in Arundel LG Cafe... Rope keeps you out you have  to.order from pavement cakes. There are tables in this v quirky, unfriendly cafe.. art work, sex pistols, Punk and they dont want yo.in and if you get in 4 members of staff v close.proximity watching you.. Unfriendly..
Lovely time at Tinwood.. Then.on to dinner at The Black horse Amberley..
