Cooper's Hawk

Tried scaring the hawk away from the yard with not much luck. He just kept moving higher in the tree branches. In the extra, beautiful start to a beautiful day. Last nights frost got rid of several plants. The garden is getting more and more empty, ready to be covered with leaves.
