Hard work

The morning began with energetic attempts to clear a drain and try and stop flooding near the back door. The rain is just never ending. Didn’t really succeed so either need more drastic action or may try the pressure washer.
Then went to look at kitchen things in Bexhill. Had to turn round on one road due to flooding at one stage.
After we came back home we did a massive box clearance job and the house now looks much better.
In the evening watched the rugby World Cup final which was a bit dreary and defensive but slightly better than Strictly.
