When time stands still

I woke up this morning and it was 7:30. I decided to get up and watch the insomniacs repeat of Match of the Day at 8. An hour later it was still 7:30. I did a huge pile of dishes, cleaned all the windows and painted the kitchen lime green. Then I sat down to watch the football. But it was still 7:30. So I went back to bed.
(There is some truth to this.)
