MOTH EATEN FUNGI ! !

I took these fungi as I came out of church today , after a lovely service for the last Sunday aftet Trinity with a sermon on how best to read & understand the bible.
These poor moth eaten fungi were just to the right as we came out of church fungi seem to be springing up everywhere this year.i wonder if more spores are in the air or is it just the dampness?
" A" & I are going out to a pub lunch today, we've been to this pub many times & the food is usually very good, so just hope today will be the same.
It's very dark & gloomy at the moment think we're in for more rain.
