Chicken ice cream?

I was at an awards ceremony at work tonight, I nominated one of my staff members and she was shortlisted, my manager was also nominated and she won. It was a lovely evening celebrating the wonderful staff we have.
The food at the ceremony was a bit strange, chicken and tomato in an ice-cream cone?

Afterwards I was out for dinner with the outgoing Sabbs, we were at the New Club which was very fancy. Good food and nice company though.
