Says it all.

Yesterday gave us a glimpse of sun. Now it's back to rain, low cloud and the clocks have gone back into the bargain. I've been no further than the garden and, although there is autumn colour there it doesn't reflect the mood of the day. I had thought about going food shopping but I'm glad I didn't as I'd probably have come back with crisps, wine and cake. Fed the birds the last of a ginger loaf, checked over my accounts which at least are healthy, and buried myself in a book.
