Pie

Rich and I were off to the cinema today to see Killers Of The Flower Moon, so we decided to treat ourselves to a roast dinner at The Wolf first. They were doing seasonal root veg which this time included beetroot, which is one of my all-time fave veggies, and afterwards I decided to live on the edge and try pumpkin pie for the first time because 'tis the season. Luckily it turns out I very much like pumpkin pie. I was quite worried about falling asleep during the movie after the giant roast since it's over 3hrs long, but honestly it was utterly gripping. Truly brilliant stuff.
