Hurrah, it's Friday & the sun has returned!

I was pleasantly surprised upon leaving the office to discover that the sun has returned. Such a turn around since lunchtime when it was still grey and miserable.

I took this picture en route to meeting an old school friend for dinner. I am very proud of her, she has decided to go to uni as a mature student and has been accepted onto her preferred course. So I am off to celebrate with her tonight.
