Halloween Fair

Once or twice a year the funfair comes to the "village green" in the heart of my housing estate. This weekend it appeared for Halloween, so I wandered up around dusk to take a look.  

Sadly the weather seems to have taken its toll, or maybe I'm getting jaded in my old age, but there didn't seem to be much jollity or many people around. Some of the lights were broken (possibly as a result of last night's torrential rain) and one ride wasn't even lit up and running.

Still, I got a few of the shots I was after, experimenting with a slow shutter speed to get movement.
