Notes: Woke before dawn (which is quite late these days: sunrise 739a). Got ready and left 7a to drive to the trail. Went 10 mi and felt really good despite not biking for ~3 months! Pic shows blooming tree of some kind on the bike trail - saw several of them. Coffee and CBS Sun morning show. Made scrambled eggs w/ zucchini hash and turkey bacon, added Ezekiel toast w/ homemade jam. Got a bunch of my new 100% cotton items from Amazon - did a load of laundry and ran the dishwasher. Relaxing afternoon and evening watching football. Hot day near 90.
