Secession building

The motto translates to - “ To every age it’s art to every art it’s freedom”. Had a day round the city today starting at the colourful Naschmarkt, then lots of walking  passing the Secession building and Karlskirche.  Coffee at Cafe Schwarzenberg and the into Stephansdom, where a large choir were rehearsing Mozart’s Requiem.
A joined us and we continued our city tour passing the Spanish Riding  School, the Hofburg Palace, the Rathaus.  We also visited the Shoah Wall of Names memorial where the names and dates of birth of the 65,000 Viennese people murdered during 1938 to 1945 are listed.
