Honey Fungus ( Amillaria mellea )

A day mainly taken up by preparing to go away again.  We are off down to Staffordshire for the AGM of the boat syndicate and thought we might as well enjoy a few days in the area as well.

While doing various jobs I needed to go into the studio.  I spotted growing on a tree stump right beside the door this clump of fungi.  My best attempt at identification suggests Honey Fungus.  The little key I use suggests that anyway.
