Jump for Joy

Mrs Joy Swan died in January this year.
She was a very much loved dinner lady at Miss Bs school.

So today we had a school picnic, in the garden, in the rain, in memory of Mrs Swan. The kids were waterproofed and happy. The new benches were unveiled around the wooden throne for future outdoor story telling.

After lunch was the 'Jump for Joy' event where the whole school did a sponsored skip with matching red ropes up and down the playing field under the arches. This was the starting line. It was a brilliant sight.
