Fading light
Walking home from work now means walking into the fading light. As long as I can get through the woody paths before it’s too intimidatingly dark, it’s really nice.
Surreal day at work. Will remember it for a long time.
I finished Lessons in Chemistry. Its a brilliant book and a reminder that women in science, like my mother becoming a doctor, in the 1950/60s, had awful challenges to face. I feel like I want to go back in time and shout on their behalf. Not possible though :-/. My Dad was one of a few founding members who started something called WISE, for Women into Science and Engineering. To my shame, I don’t know much about it.
