It's been quite a day! After Elder Son Elder Son messaged yesterday morning to say that he thought he had Covid, he decided to take a test at 3:30 this morning (yes, he really couldn't sleep) and got an immediate very strong red line.
Things improved with Mr W & I spending an enjoyable morning at the bowls club - he was helping with the grass cutting as the contractor is coming tomorrow, and I was helping with the gardening. It was a beautiful morning with our flower borders still looking colourful, a fabulous fungus on the edge of the green and lots of people enjoying the park. The muffins I made yesterday went down very well.
Then this afternoon, Younger Son reported that he'd prevented a £300 shoplift from the supermarket where he works!
