Sunny and crisp…

a perfect Autumn day, temperatures below freezing, a good covering of snow on Ben Wyvis, but just a little on the Cairngorms. Getting here, I travelled through a sleet shower. Glorious all day otherwise.
Seemed to see quite a few Cormorants, including one standing on the carriageway of the Cromarty bridge. Hope it was all right. No evidence of a body on my return. One was fishing here. Plenty of Pinkfooted geese around , several Buzzards and Kites.
