Feeling slightly better but managed to get a phone consultation with the GP so I don't need to go back to work tomorrow.  That's a relief. 

Have spent most of the day looking at places in Bristol to visit. Pre Christmas weekend coming up with my daughter,  so if anyone has suggestions of what not to miss please let me know.
