Does it need to be bigger?

Went to one of our depots today to carry out a process audit.

As I drive in I can see a supervisor come out from the office and start to walk towards the yard and vehicles.  Is he wearing his PPE? No. Does he stop when he sees me and thinks "I'd better stop, go back and put my PPE on"?  Does he heck has like!  May be this sign needs to be bigger?!!!

Audit was chaos as well, so not the best of days.
