And up she goes!

This afternoon we walked up to the old weir on the River Carron near Larbert. As can be seen, there was a whole lot of water going downstream but the big fish were still jumping well. They seem to take a couple of small jumps to check out the height and water flow before giving it the full welly. I think the above was one of those reconnaissance missions before the Big One. 
Great to get out and about in the dry and sun but that east wind was a bit nippy!
