A fine sunny day

A brief respite from all the rain and before the next storm starts tomorrow. Went out as usual with my friend to our new favourite Cafe, The Speckled Hen. It is on a farm and it appears to be in the middle of nowhere although the A90 main road is less than a quarter of a mile away, but well hidden.

On the way, we stopped for me to take this photo of a row of trees at the top of a field - it is a much longer row than is seen in the photo. You can see that the storms have blown a lot of leaves off prematurely, but it still makes for a good view.
