Brompton

I went to the Royal Brompton today for a lung function test.  I think it was just to get a baseline before I start on the clinical trial.  The appointment was fine and lasted 35 minutes but door to door I was outthe house for 6 hours!  My lovely friend drove me as she was able to park at her work.  We then walked a mile to the hospital and grabbed a coffee while we waited for my appointment.  The journey home then took ages due to traffic.  Public transport would probably have been quicker but I didn't want to be on a crowded train.  My sister had to pick the girls up for me, but I got back in time to take them trick or treating along our road which they loved,  we just called on a few neighbours doors who we know and who had pumpkins out.  We also had loads of visitors to our door, all polite and in lovely outfits.
