A splash of blue

Halloween, so laid in provisions of treat but unfortunately the heavy rain tonight kept the trick or treaters away.
This afternoon managed a short walk with the dogs in the local park. Unlike their magpie cousins, jays are not common in Cardiff and I love seeing them. I didn’t have my SLR with me but managed a reasonable shot with my iPhone. I love seeing their flash of blue when in flight.
