Catching the wind

After getting home from work I changed out of work clothes and took a sterlised bottle and walked to the Woodlands Park Store for milk. Heading back my attention was caught by bright colours and motion. 

A short way along Huia Road from the roundabout are these wind driven (?)  machines.
