Always look forward to having few drinks out with just my youngest brother when I visit.

The Pilot - a favourite hostelry of mine. Enjoyed it's own on-premises brewed Gold, and it's regular traditional Bass.

Mum
Had a very enjoyable and positive day with my mum. After a visit to a fully booked cafe, we ended up at her usual  go to Croeso. A big physical effort for her but she managed very well.

I'm so pleased to act as a tonic for her when visiting - ate a lot more (as usual) and agreed to take some medication she needs.
