The pre shoot

The manager , director of our elderly care home , asked me too take a group photo of the present staff members of that particular day. The photo will be used for info brochure of our organisation. Making a group photo ain t that easy as you have to get matching expressions, matching the lenght of each other and a beautifull representing environment. I took my flaslight with , which i use rarely. I used as fill light and shooting totally manual.So on this pic i tested my settings which were giving me some under exposure. It was also a spontanious moment. Allright in the end i produced a good photograph whom my director liked. The photo i will not post for privacy reasons.
