Syrinx, 1925
Syrinx was awarded a medal for the best sculpture of the year by the Royal Society of British Sculptors in 1925. Syrinx is the name of a beautiful girl who attracted the unwanted advances of the lustful Pan in Greek mythology.

Another trip to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow. It was raining. There were a lot of school kids demob happy.
