Bathing

After a very brief dry bit this morning , it has rained all day and all last night too I think. There are some large puddles along our road and a Blackbird was bathing in one in our driveway this morning. When I looked out the back there was a tit having a dip in the bird bath. (Extra) It was 3 degrees. 
Knitting club tonight, I have some rather posh wool that my daughter gave me for socks but I am using it for gloves as pure wool would not last long as socks.
