Sunshine before the storm

There was a window of opportunity for a walk this afternoon so we took it.  You can see Stuart and Paul getting ahead of me when I stopped to take this shot.  By the time we were nearing home it was getting damp and the sun disappeared behind cloud.  The rain happened just after we got home.

It's now early evening and the storm has still not arrived here.  I think it's going to be worst in the early morning.
