Horse chestnut trees

I took a day off work today to meet up with a friend as we were having trouble finding time at a weekend. In the morning, I got a few chores done off my list, quite a bit of Japanese homework, and got out for a short walk while the sun was shining. I went at quite a pace to make it worth while but it was too fast actually as I was left feeling very out of breath and hot by the time I got home, and I really had to slow down on the upwards slopes. Don’t think I’m fully recovered yet.

Nice to catch up with my friend in the afternoon though. And definitely nice to have a day off work!
